Happy Monday and Happy New Year! New beginnings are always motivating, aren’t they?

The first of the year serves as the perfect time to reflect, make resolutions and hit the ground running with a burst of energy and boost of optimism. Here’s the thing; every day won’t be this way.

There will be times when we revert to old habits, question the attainability of our goals or simply don’t feel like they matter anymore. Difficult moments like these are when it’s most important to give ourselves a “new beginning”.

Remember that you don’t need a new year, a new month, a new week or even a new day to give yourself a fresh start.
